The Audience Response System is very easy to use. Questions and responses, determined by the client , are formatted into PowerPoint slides. Priority software and the ARS technician then convert the slide into the system. During the presentation, the moderator or presenter pose the question to the audience.
Wireless voting keypads, which have been distributed to the audience prior to the meeting, are then used by the participants to cast their votes. Voting can be either anonymous or keypads can be assigned to individuals to get more personalized results.
After the question is posed to the audience, the operator allows time for the audience to vote, then displays the results. The client knows immediately how their audience feels about their query. All voting data will be saved and given to the client following the meeting.
